About BOSS/MAKER

Who or what is BOSS/MAKER?

We are a company whose thoughts and mission are to help people around the world reclaim their birthright to autonomy. The exact composition of our team can be found on the about us page.

What is the goal of BOSS/MAKER?

We are a company whose thoughts and mission are to help people around the world reclaim their birthright to autonomy.

In which countries are you operating?

We are based in the Netherlands but operate worldwide because we are an online company. This makes it much easier for us to get in touch with you all. We do a lot of business in English.
Besides English, we currently support the following languages: Dutch, French, Slovak and Czech.
The next expansion in language support is Spanish and German. Do you have a request for a language? Please let us know via the contact page

How can BOSS/MAKER help individuals?

Our memberships are built to support you as an individual in many ways. For example, we have a platform that includes a self-service knowledge base. In addition, we have several chat groups that are differentiated by topic. We also have BOSS/buddies who can support you with any questions you may have.

How can BOSS/MAKER help business owners?

Your business can benefit by preparing for what is to come. This can be done in many different ways, such as an In Private Consultation with you as the CEO of your company, a lecture held on location, memberships for you and your staff and more. How can BOSS/MAKER help communities?

We think it is important to form a strong community and also support other communities. This is strengthened by the various opportunities to get in touch with each other through membership.

Information on autonomy

What does "autonomy" and/or "being autonomous" mean?

Autonomy means that you can provide for yourself in all areas of your life, without being dependent on any government, organisation, institution, group or individual.
We believe that this should be the case in at least the following areas: food, wealth, safety, energy, community, education, trade and health.

How does BOSS/MAKER facilitate the process to become autonomous?

BOSS/MAKER offers you different ways to learn to become autonomous. These include documents, instructions, roadmaps, webinars, events, videos, online meetings and more.

What does the process to become autonomous look like?

The exact process will of course differ from one individual to another. Not everyone has space to grow their own food, not everyone has a business, not everyone has a large family, et cetera.
We explain the things you need to do in clear steps. The speed at which you go about it is up to you.

In which countries is it possible to become autonomous?

This is possible in every country worldwide

I have individual rights to certain (government) incentives, what happens to them?

Nothing happens with this, you expressly do not renounce your individual rights!

I want to do this for my mother, father, child, friend, neighbour, et cetera..

We are glad that you feel called to do this for another.
We believe that in order to be able to help someone else, you must first help yourself, is this the case? Then there is nothing to worry about.
The first step is an individual membership for your loved one. After that, you can accompany your loved one, but absolutely do not push them! We must respect each other’s speed and capacity.
Does it concern your child under 18? Then a separate membership is not required, he or she may enjoy your membership. In any other case, an individual membership is required.

I cannot do this alone, do I get help with this?

Yes, it is! We offer help in several forms. In our platform you can read the instructional documents at your own pace. We also have chat groups where you can ask all your questions. You can also make use of the services of our BOSS/buddies, who offer group coaching or one-to-one coaching in English or your native language if available.

Are there requirements?

Yes, there are requirements for a membership. We expect that by getting a membership you are giving a strong signal that you want change in your life.
We also expect the following:
– You are responsible for your own behaviour/actions,
– Negative remarks against us or our members will not be tolerated,
– You must show commitment to at least be able to understand English (all official documents are and will always be in English),
– You must be able to use a computer to some extent and
– You must be discreet, your and others’ process of becoming autonomous is one that is In Private and must remain In Private.

Your membership contains:

How do I become a member?

You can only get a membership via the website.

Can I share my membership?

No, all memberships are individual ones.  There is an exception for resident children under 18. Your child(ren) may enjoy your membership.

Are memberships renewed automatically?

No, a membership is not automatically renewed. Therefore you do not need to cancel your membership. When your membership is about to expire, you will receive an email asking you if you wish to renew. If you do not reply, your membership will be closed.

What are the supported payment methods?

For the time being, we offer the following online payment methods: iDEAL, Credit Card, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking, Giropay, KBC/CBC Payment and Belfius Direct Net.

We currently do not have separate memberships for companies. But please send us an e-mail via the contact page to explore the possibilities together.

I want a membership for my family

We currently do not have separate memberships for families.

Orders and delivery

I want an invoice of my order

When ordering a product, you will immediately receive an order confirmation. You can download a PDF version of your invoice in the attachment to that email.
You can also create an account during checkout and all your invoices and orders will be saved in your account.

What are the supported payment methods?

For the time being, we offer the following online payment methods: iDEAL, Credit Card, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking, Giropay, KBC/CBC Payment and Belfius Direct Net.

How long does shipment take?

Shipment can take up to 14 days, for an accurate estimate please refer to the track and trace mail you received after we posted your order.

What about customs?

We do everything we can to make the ordering and receiving process as easy as possible. We have noticed that some orders to the United States or Australia can take a bit longer due to customs checks. If there is something specific wrong with your order please let us know right away using the support option below.

I need to change the shipping address

Please let us know as soon as possible if your shipping address changes. You can do this through the support option listed below on the page.

I did not receive my order

My order is damaged

Please let us know as soon as possible using the support option listed below on the page. In order to resolve your request as quickly as possible, we will need a picture of the state of your order. Please add this to your support request.

Returning policy

You enjoy the legal period of 14 days to return items. Within this period you can return unopened and undamaged products.
Please note that individualized products cannot be returned.

What is the BOSS/community?

The BOSS/community is both online and offline. It is the combination of our platform, the many different chat groups and online and offline events. Basically, anything where we can get in touch with each other.

How can I be part of the BOSS/community?

This can be done through a membership. After you have got a membership, everything is self-explanatory.
